Makhdoom-e-Millat Hazrat Maulana Syed Uvais Mustafa Damat Barkatuhum Al-Qudsiyyah has been a supernatural occurrence and a venerable figure since childhood. At the age of six months, he started walking. Childish play and games were far from his interests. He had a special familiarity and affection with the saints and holy persons.
When he reached the blessed age of four years, four months, and four days, the ritual of reciting Bismillah Sharif was performed according to family tradition. After that, he was entrusted to Hafiz Salamatullah Bilgrami Sahib, under whom he completed Nazra-e-Qur'an al-Kareem and also began memorizing it. He completed his formal Quran memorization at his maternal grandmother's house in Masauli Shareef, with Hafiz Wali Muhammad Ansari Masaulawi as his teacher. In 1404 AH / 1984, the memorization of the Holy Quran was completed, and the Dastarbandi ceremony took place later. The certificate of memorization is dated 1409 AH / 1989.
Afterward, he turned his attention to Dars-e-Nizami in pursuit of pedagogy, enrolling in various schools. Notable among them are Darul Uloom Manzar-e-Haq Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar, Madrasa Madina-tul-Arabiya Dostpur, and Jamia Arabia Izhar-ul-Uloom Jahangir Ganj Ambedkar Nagar. From Jamia Arabia Izhar-ul-Uloom, he completed the degrees of excellence in 1412 AH / 1992, with the certificate recorded in 1414 AH / 1994. He also successfully passed the Munshi (1989), Alam (1992), and Fazil (1995) examinations from the Allahabad Arabic Persian Madrasa Board.
After graduating, he returned to Bilgram Sharif and established Darul Uloom Al-Dawata Al-Sughra in 1412 AH / 1992, dedicating himself to its promotion.
