Swara is a small village of 1864 hectares in Fatehabad Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Swara depends on Fatehabad (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,Two canals and Two springs. Swara is also surrounded byTwo lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Swara's pin code is 283111[4], and village code is 01634100. The area of Swara is segregated as 274 hectares irrigated area, 135 hectares unirrigated, the 274 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 236 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Swara has One post office (Swara B.O) and One public telephone. Swara has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Swara is a census village in the district of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2147 and has total administration over 289 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Fatehabad (NP) and Agra to sell milk solid and make their living.
