Sundara is a small village of 283 hectares in Kherwara Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sundara depends on Kherwara Chhaoni, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 6.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Sundara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sundara's pin code is 313804[4], and village code is 03284800. The area of Sundara is segregated as 18 hectares irrigated area, 87 hectares unirrigated, the 47 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 58 hectare area not available for cultivation.
