Sunara is a small village of 637 hectares in Niwai Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sunara depends on Niwai, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 126.46% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sunara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sunara's pin code is 304022[4], and village code is 02617000. The area of Sunara is segregated as 242.44 hectares irrigated area, 171.07 hectares unirrigated, the 138.26 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 85.57 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sunara is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1482 and has total administration over 292 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Niwai and Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
