Stryker The Cat is a non-fungible token (NFT) on the Ethereum platform launched on 28 October 2021. The project was developed by Stryker Club and is based on a beloved feline character. It was created with the aim to raise awareness on the widespread topic of pet exploitation and promote wildlife preservation as a whole.[1]
Stryker The Cat, within a month, gained recognition for its unique philanthropic stride and its quirky character tokens. It has become popular on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, garnering attention for its motive to make this world a better place for pets. Stryker The Cat soon became the world’s first cat on Tik Tok to acquire 8.2 million fans breaking the Guinness World record. It has made up a collection of 8,888 unique artworks based on the cat on the Ethereum platform as of November 2021.[2]
Background
Stryker The Cat was launched on 28 October 2021 as a philanthropic project dedicated to a beloved feline from Savannah who suffered exploitation. ‘Stryker’ was born in Ohio and spent most of his early days in a cage which resulted in him having stunted growth. Having seen such kind of exploitation, the parents decided to do something about it and hence leveraged the blockchain platform to raise awareness about it across the world.
Roadmap
There are only 8,888 unique Stryker available, which will be digitally distributed through its roadmap plan consisting of six stages.[3]
In the opening act, only 10% tokens will be sold to the initial Stryker owners. In the second stage, when the miners acquire $25,000 they can put it up to finance various community projects along with investing in Stryker The Cat.
In the third stage, the miners can have access to exclusive clubs and investments. In this stage, a select few owners of special edition pieces get monthly rewards of $500.
In the fourth stage, the miners can donate to the Zoological Wildlife Foundation in Miami while the fifth stage is solely dedicated to showering Stryker NFT owners with rewards and getting a chance to win $500 each day!
In the last stage, a liquidity pool is initiated where the NFT holders can have access to private discord.
Types and attributes
The mint price of Stryker NFT is kept at 0.069 Ethereum, which can be bought through Web3 wallet extensions such as MetaMask, TrustWallet, and others. The collection will include 8,888 unique artworks based on Stryker the Cat with special attributes.
