Steven Lassalle better known as Lassalle is a Celebrity Fashion Stylist, Costume Designer, Art & Creative Director, and wardrobe curator based in New York and Miami. He is an Emmy nominated stylist, considered a pioneer for his sense of fashion in terms of pattern, design, style statement and shape. His work is often seen across numerous marketing campaigns of large companies, magazines, TV shows, movies, and commercials. Lassalle has fashion experience of over 15 years and designs costumes for both men and women[1].

Born in Queens, NY Lassalle has designed costumes for some of the biggest names in the industry for personal and professional wardrobe. He is known to work closely with his clients to build their image and currently he is personal stylist curator for Grammy Award-Winning musician Wyclef Jean. His attention to detail and personalization has helped him with an insider's perspective on style and the dressing process[2][3].

He has also worked on multiple campaigns for a number of bigger companies including Macy’s, Zara, J.Crew, Averex, Vera Wang label, and Kohl's.

Biography

Lassalle completed his graduation from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Lassalle began his creative career as a designer, collaborating with renowned designers in the fashion industry. Since then, he has never looked back, his astute aesthetic sense has enabled him to launch a slew of prestigious editorials, large scale campaigns, television shows, movies, and advertisements. He is known for his personal attention to his clients and has helped to build their image[4][5].

As an art director, strategist, he has focused on creative narratives, fashion, and lifestyle projects. Throughout his career, as a strategic creator he has envisioned great ideas who also understands how to build and work with the teams necessary to turn vision to reality. He contributes to the development of a unique style that complements the topic of each of his client’s photoshoots and his work has been featured in L'OFFICIAL, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, GQ magazine, Elle, and In Style[6][7].

In 2020, Agency Gerard Artists signed Steven Lassalle[8][9][10].
