Stephen De Zylva (Born 28th October 1995) is an Australian Mechanical Engineer and Refrigeration Mechanic. Who is the Managing Director of A1 Thermal Pty LTD[1] founded in April 2018.
Background
Stephen De Zylva was born on the 28th of October 1995 in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia.
He comes from a family of 12, consisting of 5 Boys, 5 Girls to a long married Father and Mother.
At an Early Age he attended Parap Primary School, where he was elected in the Student Representative Council and also as the Vice House Captain.
He attended his Middle School Years at St John's Catholic College and High School Years at Darwin High School.
Stephen on completion of his Australian High School Education in 2013 was awared a Norther Territory Certificate of Education and Australian Tertiary Admission Rank of 94.25.
The areas he studied included Mathematical Studies, Mathematical Specialist, Robotics, Chemistry.
Stephen developed high skills in the Air Conditioning Industry in his Early Teens.
Completing his trade course as a refrigeration Mechanic by early 20s.
He later went on to study his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Charles Darwin University.
Furthering his studies with a Master of Professional Engineering at Swinburn University of Technology.
Stephen is now the Managing Director of A1 Thermal Pty Ltd.

Stephen De Zylva is a Mechanical Engineer and Refrigeration Mechanic. Responsible for projects within the Air Conditoning Industry. He is the managing director of A1 Thermal Pty Ltd.
Early Years (12 to 18 Years Old)
Stephen De Zylva started his career learning to produce drawings on Computer Aided Design Programs at the age of 12.
He spent much of his time designing buildings under his father's guidance who is a Mechnical Engineer.
He would often accompany his father on site during his Teenage Years learning and gathering as much information as possible.
He spent a great deal of time designing building air conditioning after school hours.
He loved to help his father while also make a good youth salary.
Higher Education Studies
After finishing at Darwin High School with an ATAR of 94.25 in 2013, Stephen was awarded the Vice-Chancellor's Prize for High Achievement.
He then went on to complete his Trade Course as a Refrigeration Mechanic under the company Genair.
Stephen furthered his knowledge in Air Conditoning through his studies as a Mechanical Engineer at University.
After finishing his studies as a Mechanical Engineer he founded a business called A1 Thermal Pty Ltd in April 2018.
Business Carrer
Stephen is now the Managing Director of A1 Thermal Pty Ltd,
Where he manages several Employees and undertakes the following responsibilities in Air Conditioning:
Site Visits; Preliminary Drawings; Heat load calculations; Construction drawings; Project Management. REVIT CAD drafting, decommissioning and installation, As Installed drawings, preparing and compiling O&M Manuals; Installation Certificates, Unit Registries; Preparation of Section 40, Servicing of Air Conditioning units, Maintenance and balancing air conditioning units. Manufacturing and Installation of Ductwork.
His company has completed several projects to Date, covering Residential, Commercial and Industrial areas which included Government, Defence and the Public.
Involvement with Church
Stephen De Zylva is a strong raised Roman Catholic. Having come from a Catholic Family of 12.
He often attends mass in the Neo Catechumenal Way, where he strengthens his faith and understanding of the New Jerusalem Bible.
At Church Stephen learns that a good Christian should be a humble person that can express positive strong social impacts on on other people's lives.
He often pays tithings to the church as he understands the value of a strong community faith.
Involvement with Charity
In Stephen's free time he has been found Volunteering for charity organisations such as Star Light to help spread the lights to Children in need.
