Stefan Mihajlov is a Serbian track and field athlete who specializes in the 100 metres. He is 5x national champion and represented his country in the third league of the 2021 European Athletics Team Championships Team 2021 European Athletics Team Championships. He made his debut in the national championship for seniors held in Kraljevo in 2021 and won the bronze medal.


Stefan started his international career in 2018 and represented Serbia in the 2018 European Athletics U18 Championships U18 Championships in Győr. In February 2020, he participated in the Balkan indoor championship held in Istanbul and finished fifth, with a time of 7.03 seconds in the final round.[4] In August 2020, he won 3 gold medals at the Individual Championship of Serbia for juniors under 20 years of age. On the first day of the competition, he recorded the best result in the 100m in the qualifications, and entered the final. He convincingly triumphed in the final, with a time of 10.98 seconds and won the gold medal. On the same day, in the evening hours, at the Athletic Stadium in Kruševac, he won another gold medal, in the 4 × 100 m relay.[5] In 2021, he finished fifth in the Serbian 4 × 100 m relay at the 2021 Balkan Athletics Championships in Smederevo. In 2018, he participated in the Junior Championship of Serbia and won the gold medal in the 100-meter race with a personal record of 11.09s and was qualified for the Balkan Championships held in Istanbul, Turkey.
