Founded in 2024, the club competes in the USL League Two (USL2), which is the third tier of the United Soccer League, and the 4th tier of the American Soccer Pyramid. In 2026, in addition to playing in USL League Two, Stars Fútbol Club announced as a member of the USL Academy League. Stars FC competes in the Cactus Division as of the 2026 season.[7]
