Sreejith Vijayan (born 20 April 1985) is an Indian film director, scriptwriter who works in the Malayalam film industry.
Career as a cinematographer
Sreejith Vijayan has completed his Diploma in Cinematography from Southern Film Institute , Thiruvananthapuram. He started his career as a Cinematographer in Asianet_(TV_channel). His first entry to the Malayalam cinema is as the associate cinematographer in the movie Oru Indian Pranayakadha. Later, in 2014 Sreejith did his first attempt as an independent cinematographer for the movie 'Just Married'. His remarkable work as a cinematographer is the movie Karutha_Joothan which later grabbed the Kerala state film award for "Best Story" in 47th_Kerala_State_Film_Awards.
Career as a Film director
In 2018 , Sreejith made debut as a Film_director in the movie Kuttanadan_Marpappa , which was a commercial hit. For this movie, he did the Story and Screenplay too. His next project was Margamkali_(film) for which the Screenplay was written by Bibin George who played the lead role as well.
