The company specializes in applied molecular spectroscopy (UV-Vis-NIR-MIR) providing Process Analytical Instrumentation (PAI) solutions for on-line/in-line analysis and monitoring of industrial processes (product streams).Research and development of new analytical instrumentation and solutions along with multivariate calibration is an integral part of Sprana's business.

Value Proposition

The UAN blending production process efficiency would be increased due to RFT (Right from the First Time), resulting in a shorter production time, an increased production capacity and maximized commercial opportunities (more completed orders in less time). This would lead to reduced energy consumption (less hot steam and electricity), thereby minimizing the harmful effects on the environment (reduced NOx and CO2 emissions).

Accurate continuous/real-time measurements enable better control of the quality of the UAN in the production process and facilitate the transition to Industry 4.0 through the implementation of APC (Advanced Process Control) and Digital Twins solutions.

Stamicarbon symposium NASTEM 2023

On April 3-6, 2023, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA, Sprana's CEO Dr. Raimundas Steponavicius and Business Development Manager Ricardas Razgaitis, participated in the event. Dr. Raimundas Steponavičius gave a lecture about the latest insights and information on Sprana's process analyzers for the Nitrogen Industry. The event was held in the Cheyenne Mountain Colorado Springs, A Dolce Resort.
