Soshanguve Crossing is the first and biggest Regional Shopping Mall in Soshanguve, South Africa, with an area spanning of 39 000m^2. It is owned by development companies Moolman Group, Resilient Properties and Falcon Forest Trading. It is situated at the corner of Ruth First road and Aubrey Matlala Street, near the Tshwane University of Technology Soshanguve South Campus.

Soshanguve Crossing is a single levelled shopping centre of 39 000m2, which makes it very easy to navigate the centre with its 95 retailers. These retailers include, amongst others: Shoprite, Spar, Edgars, Woolworths and Game.[1][2] In addition to this comprehensive retail offering, Soshanguve Crossing also houses a number of full-fledged banks: Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec Bank, Old Mutual Bank and First National Bank.[3] The mall has approximately 670 open parking bays and 811 undercover parking bays, all free of charge, and a covered taxi facility. The mall is frequented by 648 000 shoppers per month and has a trading density of R2076/m2 per month.[4][5]

It attracts students from the adjacent Tshwane University of Technology’s Soshanguve Campus which has helped it to maintain exceptional and consistent trading.[6] It is conveniently accessible from arteries such as the N4 to Rustenburg and N1 to Polokwane via the R80.[7][8]
