Sonic Stream Radio is an internet radio station with studios based in Moseley, Birmingham, England, which broadcasts to the West Midlands (region).[1] The station owner previously owned and managed pirate radio stations Kool FM Midlands [2][3] (sister of Kool FM London)[4] and Sweet FM [5] which were transmitting from Birmingham during the late 90's and ceased in 2002 after a lengthy court case.[6] [7]

Sonic Stream is intended to be reflective of the cutting edge Birmingham club scene, with Urban music and Electronica music programming, which is run by unpaid volunteers.[8]
