Soliya is a small village of 116 hectares in Rashmi Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Soliya depends on Bhilwara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 14.24% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Soliya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Soliya's pin code is 312206[4], and village code is 03527400. The area of Soliya is segregated as 14.24 hectares irrigated area, 32.22 hectares unirrigated, the 50.81 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 18.29 hectare area not available for cultivation.
