Sok Prasith (born 22 February 1976) is a Cambodian politician and the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Information. Sok also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree.
Family
Sok Prasith is married to Kea Mey and the two have a child together, Sok Keapotacnakk.
Sok has an extensive family line of Cambodian and Chinese relatives. Sok is also a second generation grandson (first cousin twice removed) of the Queen Mother of Cambodia Norodom Monineath through his birth mother and grandmother. His son, Sok Keapotacnakk, is a third generation grandson (second cousin twice removed). Sok has three other siblings, Sok Dalis, Sok Vibol, and Sok Monypong, all of which are also descendant grandchildren to the Queen Mother.
