Sodhwali is a small village of 5358 hectares in Lunkaransar Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sodhwali depends on BIKANER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Sodhwali is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. Sodhwali's pin code is 334601[4], and village code is 00516300. The area of Sodhwali is segregated as 3998.21 hectares unirrigated, the 1220.03 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 140.14 hectare area not available for cultivation.
