Sobrawas is a small village of 1799 hectares in Sojat Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sobrawas depends on Pali, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sobrawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tanker. Sobrawas's pin code is 306401[4], and village code is 02411800. The area of Sobrawas is segregated as 173 hectares unirrigated, the 1514 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 33 hectare area not available for cultivation.
