Dr. Snehal Bhaskar Adsule (born December 16, 1993) is an award-winning women's transformation coach, healthcare professional, and Instagram influencer. She is the founder of Curvicare, a platform that helps women fight weight gain and live a healthy lifestyle. So far, Snehal has served more than 16000+ clients in 51 countries across the globe.

Snehal has also won the title of the Most Trusted Dietician as well as the Most Inspiring Weight Loss Coach of the Year award.

Early life and education

Snehal was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She studied at NBV Secondary High School till SSC, followed by higher secondary from the University of Mumbai. Pursuing her interest in health sciences, Snehal completed her Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.

Thereafter, she obtained a Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from Tulip International Center, in affiliation with GCTA, Australia. Snehal has also done a certificate course in personal counseling. She is a certified REBT Therapist as well.

Career

After completing her bachelors, Snehal joined Mumbadevi Hospital as an intern. Thereafter, she worked as a medical officer at Joshi Hospital for a year. Meanwhile, Snehal gained experience as a volunteer and then a project manager in Swaradhar NGO for three years. She also gave her services as an Assistant Medical Officer at Agarwal Nursing Home before launching her own venture in 2018.

Snehal is the founder of Curvicare (formerly Wellwoman Clinic), which she started as a mission to help women lose weight and build healthier habits. Snehal, who herself suffered from weight gain and PCOD, successfully managed her body weight and now aims to help 1 million women overcome this health problem.

At Curvicare, Snehal provides desi diet programs enriched with Indian traditional foods that are offered in three different versions: lite, pro, and ultimate. Each program has a weight maintenance plan included in it, which customers need to follow after completing their diet program.

Snehal so far serves 51 countries across the globe. As an Instagram influencer, she shares educational content on her social media page with regards to weight loss and nutrition.

Awards

In 2018, Snehal won the Sarvochch Seva Samman Award by NMIMS, followed by the Most Trusted Dietician of the Year award from Mandira Bedi in 2019. She was also featured among the top 10 finalists for the Times of India She Unlimited Awards 2020.

Snehal was a recipient of the Women's Entrepreneur of the Year award. She also received the Most Inspiring Weight Loss Coach of the Year title from Malaika Arora at the Golden Glory Awards 2021.[1][2]

Personal life

Snehal got married to Sagar Gaikwad in March 2021. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
