Siwara is a small village of 1642 hectares in Sanchore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Siwara depends on SANCHORE, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Siwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Siwara's pin code is 343041[4], and village code is 02321500. The area of Siwara is segregated as 540 hectares irrigated area, 800 hectares unirrigated, the 14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 288 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SANCHORE and Jalor to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
