Sivan Askayo (born June 10, 1975) (Hebrew: סיון אסקיו) is an Israeli editorial and commercial photographer, specialized in travel and hotels photography. Her editorial work has been featured in publications and magazines such as Condé Nast Traveller, Phaidon, Travel + Leisure, Elle Decor, Wine Spectator, Sunday Times Travel, Huffington Post, Food & Wine, GEO Saison, AFAR, Independent, Lonely Planet Traveller, Wallpaper.

Askayo is best known for her 'Intimacy Under the Wires[1]' photography project. The project, that was named by Phaidon, has been featured in the International Press[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] and is up for a gallery show.

Sivan Askayo is a member of the advisory board of Bablab,[10] a platform for creating Photography Portfolio Websites.

Education

Sivan earned a B.A degree in Communication, Advertising and Management, at the College of Management,[11] The New School of Media Studies, Tel Aviv, Israel (1996–1999);

Sivan earned a M.A degree, in Communication and Marketing, at New York Institute of Technology, New York, NY (2002–2004).
