Sitarampura is a small village of 1373 hectares in Tonk Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sitarampura depends on Malpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sitarampura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sitarampura's pin code is 304001[4], and village code is 02594800. The area of Sitarampura is segregated as 55.01 hectares irrigated area, 812.07 hectares unirrigated, the 447.5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 58.5 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sitarampura is a census village in the district of Tonk, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1343 and has total administration over 228 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Malpura and Tonk to sell earthen pot and make their living.
