She is the founder of The Elevaate Alchemy, a wellness organization incorporating ancient yoga and science with NLP & life coaching, and holistic healing techniques.[1] Sitall made the career shift from corporate IT to wellness and coaching, blending contemporary coaching methods with conventional practices.[2]

Early life and career
She started her career in the information technology industry, working corporate jobs prior to shifting her interest towards wellness and coaching. After facing personal and professional setbacks, she stepped back from her IT work and started formal education in yoga and holistic well-being.[5] She then acquired several international certifications in different advanced yoga, fitness, and holistic health, eventually moving into a full-time wellness and Executive and performance life coach career.[6]
Sitall has higher qualifications in traditional astanga & Hatha yoga, fitness, nutrition, life coaching,and neuro-leadership. She has trained in different styles of yoga such as Hatha, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga and has run many programs on wellness for individuals and institutions .[7]

Journey of resilience and transformation
In 2016, Sitall had personal and professional setbacks that compelled her to evaluate her professional direction. Following her work in the information technology industry at Oracle Corporation in Bangalore, she embraced yoga, Ayurveda, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and holistic wellness disciplines.[8]
Sitall went for formal education, acquiring over 30 + global certifications in ancient yoga & Ayurveda, fitness, holistic healing, and PCC life coaching. She started teaching yoga and wellness routines and subsequently became a part of HealthifyMe, where she built her coaching business and earned International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status. [9] These experiences have led her to switch careers to wellness coaching.
She then went on to start The Elevaate Alchemy, a platform that deals with wellness, resilience, and self-growth.[10]
