Simrauthi is a small village of 850 hectares in Khair Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Simrauthi depends on TAPPAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Simrauthi's pin code is 202165[4], and village code is 01293300. The area of Simrauthi is segregated as 800 hectares irrigated area, remaining 50 hectare area not available for cultivation.
