Simeon Panda (born May 28, 1986) is a British fitness entrepreneur, professional bodybuilder, and social media influencer.[1] He is also well known for having a profound effect on the world of fitness and has been seen in several magazines and news publications.[2][3][4]
Early Life and Education
Raised in London, England, Simeon Panda has four brothers and one sister. His mother is from Nigeria, and his father is Sierra Leonean. In his teens, Panda was described as skinny, so he started weight training at 16 years old to better his body. He bought a set of weights and began exercising in the home, learning to love bodybuilding.[5][6][7]
Career
Panda's commitment to bodybuilding made him contest bodybuilding competitions internationally. In 2013, he was crowned the European Championships, and for that, he was granted Musclemania Pro status. Aside from competing, Panda has had his photos on the cover of and written for top fitness magazines around the world, such as Muscle & Fitness, MuscleMag, Muscle-Insider, Train Mag, Muscle & Performance, and Fitness RX.[8][9]
As an entrepreneur, Panda co-founded SP Aesthetics, an online sportswear and fitness store, with his older brother Samuel Panda. He also founded the fitness apparel and accessory company Just Lift and the supplement business Elimin8.[10]
Panda has a substantial social media presence, with millions of followers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.[11] He regularly shares workout routines, nutritional advice, and motivational content, aiming to inspire others in their fitness journeys. In 2017, Forbes recognized him as one of the world's top ten fitness influencers.[12]
Personal Life
Panda is in a long-term relationship with Chanel Brown, a fitness enthusiast, former model, and lifestyle blogger. The couple welcomed their son, Asher Panda, on July 15, 2022.[13][14][15]
