Alinkar Kyawswar Shwe Pyi Aye was a Burmese musician , and songwriter. He was a Alinkar Kyawswar Award winning Burmese musician.[1][2][3][4]
Biography
Shwe Pyi Aye was born in 1909 and given the birth name of Tin Maung Ay. The fourth of five children, his father was the amateur pianist U Nu and his mother Daw Hlaing.
Pyi Aye was a native of Yangon. His song ,Pann Hay Woon is well-known music and still popular in Myanmar. One of his musical careers was involed in the 1963 Burmese drama film, Maung Doe Cherry Myay.[5] [6]
Death
He died in October 1977.
