Early Life

Shwe G began his musical journey at the age of 6 in Ahmedabad, India when his father bought him a harmonium and later a sitar. He quickly mastered the discipline of Indian Classical Music and continued performing throughout middle and high school.[1]

Before his high school graduation, Shwe G picked up the Blues Guitar, inspired by luminaries like SRV, Jimi Hendrix, and John Mayer. Shortly thereafter, at the age of 19, he enrolled in the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he further honed his skills and graduated summa cum laude with top honor.[2]
