Shriramnagar is a small village of 274 hectares in Sahara Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shriramnagar depends on Gangapur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shriramnagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shriramnagar's pin code is 311801[4], and village code is 02870600. The area of Shriramnagar is segregated as 13 hectares irrigated area, 79 hectares unirrigated, the 100 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 82 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Gangapur and Bhilwara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
