Shivpur is a small village of 1633 hectares in Mandal Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shivpur depends on Beawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 207.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shivpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shivpur's pin code is 311403[4], and village code is 02833400. The area of Shivpur is segregated as 432 hectares irrigated area, 852 hectares unirrigated, the 126 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 70 hectare area not available for cultivation.
