Shani Atias (Hebrew: שני אטיאס; born August 21, 1991) is an Israeli actress and model. She made her television debut as a series regular on the Israeli youth show Galis. She has appeared on Shameless, NCIS: New Orleans, CSI: Cyber, LA's Finest, and NCIS: Los Angeles. She starred in the horror comedy film Happy Times alongside Michael Aloni and Stéfi Celma. The film won the award for Best Original Screenplay at the Haifa International Film Festival Atias won the award for Best Actress at the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2018 for her lead role in the short film T'zevah Adom: The Color Red, where she played an Women in the Israeli soldier.
Early Life
Shani Atias was born in the city of Haifa, Israel, to Israeli-born parents of Moroccan-Jewish descent. Her grandfather was a rabbi [1]. She has two older siblings, Michael, an accountant, and Moran Atias, the actress. She was released from the Israeli Defense Forces due to meningitis, after six months of service in squadron commanders course. Atias is a graduate of Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in Los Angeles.

Her first appearance on Israeli television was in the hit youth series Galis in which she played the character of Natalie Roas Kedar, a member of a crime family who comes to the summer camp to get revenge . In 2019, she modeled in a lingerie campaign for Delta, Israel’s leading underwear brand.[2]
United States
Atias's first acting role on American television was on NCIS playing an Afghan refugee, where she had to learn some Pashto. She played opposite Steve Howey on the Showtime series Shameless. She’s had guest roles on CSI: Cyber, NCIS: New Orleans, and NCIS: Los Angeles. She played Princess Zahara from Bahrain on the Macgyver reboot. She appeared on the comedy crime television series LA's Finest, starring Jessica Alba. In 2015, Atias starred in the Lifetime television film Lost Boy alongside Virginia Madsen and Sosie Bacon. In 2017, she was cast in several episodes of the ABC drama Ten Days in the Valley starring Kyra Sedgwick In 2018, she was cast as Noya, a free-spirited hippie, in the horror comedy film Happy Times alongside Michael Aloni and Stéfi Celma. The film won the award for Best Original Screenplay at the Haifa International Film Festival[3]. Atias won the award for Best Actress at the Los Angeles Film Festival in 2018 for her lead role in the short film T'zevah Adom: The Color Red, where she played an Women in the Israeli soldier[4]. Atias has done voice acting for the hit Netflix shows Fauda and Dark, as well as the video games Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and World War Z. She has appeared in commercials for Subaru[5], Kay 0Jewelers[6], and Air France[7].

Atias got married in 2018. She lives with her husband in Los Angeles.
