Shammah Benefits (Naduli Shammah Edward) is a Ugandan writer, activist and content creator.[1][2][3][4][5]
Biography
Shammah Benefits was born on 24 June 1994 in Mukono, Uganda. His father was a military officer in Uganda People's Defence Force before he died in October 1994 when Shammah was four months old. Following his father's death, Shammah, his mother and three siblings moved to Iganga, a small town in Eastern Uganda. Shammah attended Iganga High School where he attained his Uganda Certificate of Education in 2011. He then attended Kampala University where he studied Mass communication graduating with a certificate in 2013. He went back to the University to attain a Bachelor of Arts in Education at Kampala university and he graduated in 2018.
Activism
Shammah is actively engaged in activism and humanitarian activities.[6] He is a member of Uganda's political Movement People Power .
