Shahved is a small village of 484.6 hectares in Fatehabad Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shahved depends on Fatehabad (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shahved's pin code is 283111[4], and village code is 01631000. The area of Shahved is segregated as 227 hectares irrigated area, 168 hectares unirrigated, remaining 48 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Fatehabad (NP) and Agra to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
