Shahpura is a small village of 165 hectares in Raipur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shahpura depends on Beawar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 30.67% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Shahpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shahpura's pin code is 306102[4], and village code is 02406000. The area of Shahpura is segregated as 71 hectares irrigated area, 36.02 hectares unirrigated, the 5.13 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 52.94 hectare area not available for cultivation.
