Shahpur Khalsa is a small village of 285 hectares in Bah Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shahpur Khalsa depends on Pinahat (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include, One Well supply, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Shahpur Khalsa's pin code is 283114[4], and village code is 01636100. The area of Shahpur Khalsa is segregated as 301 hectares irrigated area, 475 hectares unirrigated, the 174 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pinahat (NP) and Agra to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
