Senthil Thondaman is a Sri Lankan politician who is the as Governor of Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. He is the leader of the Ceylon Workers' Congress, served as minister and acting Chief Minister of Uva provincial Council.
Early life and education
Born on 31st October in Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is the nephew of Arumugam Thondaman and great-grandson of Savumiamoorthy Thondaman, former leaders of the Ceylon Workers' Congress (CWC) and government ministers. He received his primary education in Sri Lanka and secondary education in India, After school he joined St. Joseph's College Tiruchirappalli (India), graduating with a BBA Degree.
