Sendhil Naathan Kalyanasundaram (commonly known as K. Sendhil Naathan; 6 September 1961 – 18 April 2025) was an Indian business executive. He served as the Managing Director of TANFAC Industries Limited, a joint venture between the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) and Anupam Rasayan India Limited, from 2014 until his death in 2025.[1]
During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation and growth, including spearheading a significant framework agreement with a leading Japanese specialty chemical company for the supply of refrigerant gas. His leadership was instrumental in positioning TANFAC as a key player in the Indian chemical industry.[2] [3]
Early Life and Education
Sendhil was born in Tiruvarur in Tamil Nadu, India. His mother Mrs. K. Sakuntala and his father, Mr. Kalyanasundaram, both of them were School Teachers at Alathambadi. Sendhil grew up in a small town in Alathambadi, Tiruvarur.
