Sehra is a small village of 331 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sehra depends on RAJGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 87.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sehra is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAJGARH and Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
