Seerodi is a small village of 682 hectares in Chittaurgarh Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Seerodi depends on Chittaurgarh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 33.61% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Seerodi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Seerodi's pin code is 312001[4], and village code is 03594600. The area of Seerodi is segregated as 77.54 hectares irrigated area, 154.38 hectares unirrigated, the 288.57 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 161.76 hectare area not available for cultivation.
