Seelwa is a small village of 1316 hectares in Nokha Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Seelwa depends on NOKHA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Seelwa is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Seelwa's pin code is 334803[4], and village code is 00556200. The area of Seelwa is segregated as 1263.65 hectares unirrigated, remaining 51.92 hectare area not available for cultivation.
