Seelpur is a small village of 443 hectares in Sri Madhopur Tehsil in Sikar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Seelpur depends on Sri Madhopur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 292.45% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Seelpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Seelpur's pin code is 332708[4], and village code is 01738000. The area of Seelpur is segregated as 292.45 hectares irrigated area, 15.34 hectares unirrigated, the 101.06 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 34.28 hectare area not available for cultivation.
