Sedariya is a small village of 673 hectares in Ajmer Tehsil in Ajmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sedariya depends on Ajmer, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 106.36% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sedariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sedariya's pin code is 305002[4], and village code is 02507100. The area of Sedariya is segregated as 143.78 hectares irrigated area, 158.82 hectares unirrigated, the 86.56 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 192.62 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sedariya is a census village in the district of Ajmer, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2788 and has total administration over 484 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Ajmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
