Sebastien Silvestri is the CEO of The Dinex Group, a restaurant group built by award-winning chef Daniel Boulud. The group has Michelin-starred concepts spanning eight cities and multiple continents.[1]. Silvestri's role entails providing strategic guidance to Boulud and the board, managing the performance of all operations across the globe, leading business development efforts, ensuring that their team is engaged, and maintaining the company's elevated hospitality standards for all guests[2]. He was appointed as CEO of The Dinex Group in December 2019[3]. Prior to joining The Dinex Group, Silvestri served as Chief Operating Officer at Disruptive Group, a division of sbe, where he oversaw all food and beverage operations for venues across the sbe portfolio, including culinary concepts, nightlife venues, and Umami Burger[4].It was there that Silverstri met and worked with such world-renowned chefs as Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck, Charlie Trotter, Emeril Lagasse and Daniel Boulud[5]
