Sebastian Cowan (born 1986) is a Canadians|Canadian music executive and entrepreneurship|entrepreneur[1][2].

In 2007 Cowan graduated with a BA Hons degree in Sound recording and reproduction|Audio Technology and Music Industry Studies in London|London, UK and moved to Montreal, Quebec, where he founded arts collective and music venue|venue space Lab Synthese and became a prominent member in the Montreal DIY music scene.[3][4]. In 2008 he co-founded the zine 'Beaubien Magazine' [5], in 2009 he founded the record label Arbutus Records [6][7], and he co-founded the non-profit internet radio station n10.as radio in 2016 [8][9].
