Sawapar is a small village of 57.24 hectares in Belthara Road Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sawapar depends on Belthara Road , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sawapar's pin code is 221716[4], and village code is 09093000. The area of Sawapar is segregated as 53.252 hectares irrigated area, 1.304 hectares unirrigated area. the 1.304 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 2.684 hectare area not available for cultivation.
