Sawalyawala is a small village of 236 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sawalyawala depends on Dausa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 134.49% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sawalyawala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sawalyawala's pin code is 303302[4], and village code is 01629300. The area of Sawalyawala is segregated as 134.49 hectares irrigated area, 81.4 hectares unirrigated, the 10.29 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 9.58 hectare area not available for cultivation.
