Satwara is a small village of 596 hectares in Deoli Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Satwara depends on Deoli, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 175.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Satwara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Satwara's pin code is 304026[4], and village code is 02664200. The area of Satwara is segregated as 189 hectares irrigated area, the 8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 391 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Deoli and Tonk to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
