Sasan Salur is an Iranian director, producer, project manager and production manager.

Biography[edit]

Sasan Salur was the production manager, planner and executive of the film Whisper With the Wind directed by Shahram Alidi, which was nominated to the Academy Awards of Iraqi cinema. Also, this film won 3 awards in the Critics' Week section of the Cannes Film Festival. The first film he produced was called Farewell Baghdad, directed by Mehdi Naderi, who was nominated for the Oscar as a representative of Iranian cinema in 2012. He directed Without Alcohol, which was selected for several festivals in Italy, Australia and Farsena, and brought Hamid Habibi Far the best actor award from the Festival International du FilmEntr'2 Marches in Cannes, France for this film .The most recent film that he has been in charge of producing, the movie 3 Puffs directed by Saman Salur, was screened at the 38th Fajr Film Festival, a film that, according to the producer, was made to influence the society. This movie became the best-selling social movie of the first half of 1402.
