Sarwana is a small village of 2969 hectares in Sanchore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sarwana depends on SANCHORE, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 50.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sarwana is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sarwana's pin code is 343041[4], and village code is 02323400. The area of Sarwana is segregated as 50 hectares irrigated area, 2731 hectares unirrigated, the 93 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 95 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sarwana is a census village in the district of Jalor, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2829 and has total administration over 574 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SANCHORE and Jalor to sell ghee and make their living.
