Sardarnagar is a small village of 1797 hectares in Banera Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sardarnagar depends on Shahpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 42.10% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sardarnagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sardarnagar's pin code is 311401[4], and village code is 02829400. The area of Sardarnagar is segregated as 168.42 hectares irrigated area, 647.52 hectares unirrigated, the 783.57 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 197.1 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Sardarnagar is a census village in the district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4547 and has total administration over 889 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 1273 male, 1084 female with 1980 (84.01%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 1129 males and 851 females. 390 males and 644 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 10 male and 12 female agricultural labor. 377 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shahpura and Bhilwara to sell ghee and make their living.
