Sarah Okutoyi Imbayi (born 4 April 1965) was a Kenyan sprinter competing in the 100 metres, 110 m and 200 m. from 1990s to early 2000, she won her first national championships, with victories in the 100 m at the Kecoso Games, and Kenyan Local Championships in Athletics. Sarah Okutoyi Imbayi was the Kenyan and Kenya Railways record holder and the fastest woman of all time in the Kenya local events in the late 1990's and Early 2000s. She also held 5 Silver medals for Olympic national qualification records in the 100 m and 200 m races.
