Sara Kuan is a small village of 264 hectares in Aklera Tehsil in Jhalawar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sara Kuan depends on Aklera, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and One spring. Sara Kuan is also near by One lake. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sara Kuan's pin code is 326033[4], and village code is 04035300.
